Gaston Gem and Mineral Club

The Gaston Gem and Mineral Club has regular meetings, field trips, and and Annual Show. If you have an interest in gem and mineral collecting or lapidary work, come and join us for a meeting! Visitors are welcome at the meetings.
During regular meetings, we start with a short business meeting, once everyone gets settled down. While the meeting time is scheduled for a 7 pm start, we might start a few minutes late while members are busy showing off their finds since they last met. Next is a program which could be on any number of topics from education, collecting, or other hobby-related interests. The program usually ends around 8, then we do our free drawings where members contribute to the "table".
We typically have refreshments that members take turns bringing in as well.
